Terms of Service

1. Introduction

DocVya (“Service”) is a software platform operated by Anuj Choudhary as an individual business (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). “DocVya” is the brand and product name.

By accessing or using https://www.docvya.com (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.

2. Description of Service

DocVya is an automated documentation management platform that enables developers, startups, and organizations to create and maintain live documentation. The Service is fully software-based and does not include manual consulting or human-delivered services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use DocVya.

4. User Accounts

• An account is required to access the Service.
• Email verification may be required.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must keep your login credentials secure.

5. Subscription Plans & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and may change for future billing cycles only.

6. Free Trial

• A 7-day free trial may be offered on eligible plans.
• No charges apply until the trial ends.
• Cancelling during the trial prevents billing.

7. Billing & Payments

• Payments are processed securely by Paddle.
• Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record.
• DocVya does not store payment information.

8. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

9. Cancellation

• You may cancel at any time.
• Cancellation stops future billing.
• Access continues until the end of the billing period.

10. Refund Policy

Payments for DocVya subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

In accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms, customers may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, subject to Paddle’s refund eligibility rules.

After the 14-day refund period, fees are generally non-refundable. Cancelling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for unused time.

Refunds may also be granted in cases of duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or where required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
